Diary Module
Using the Diary module you can keep track of your appointments.

| Using the Diary module you can keep track of your daily appointments, set new appointments and view the appointments of other staff members. The diary information is available for all staff members, so you can view and update the schedule of other team members and set appointments for them. |

| The New Appointment button opens a dialog that lets you enter the date, time and details of an appointment. When you create a new appointment you can also set a reminder for a selected period of time before the start time. The Reminder will appear as a prompt that you must close manually so there’s no way to miss it. Appointments can be set for any length of time - from one minute to many weeks and months. You can also set multiple appointments that overlap, which is ideal for controlling tight schedules. You can also reschedule appointments by simply double-clicking the entry and changing the date and time. |
