Remote Support


Download the Remote Support tool to allow support directly on your computer.

Depending on the browser you use, the steps may vary.

For Internet Explorer:

After clicking to start the download, a box should appear at the bottom of the browser window asking if you wish to Run or Save the file. Select the Run option.

Once the file is downloaded, you may receive a security warning, you will need to select the Run option again to start the Remote Support Tool.

For Firefox/Chrome:

After clicking to start the download, a box will appear asking if you wish to save the file. Click Save File to start the download.

While the file is downloading, Firefox will open a small window to show the download progress. Once the file is downloaded, double click on the file to start the Remote Support Tool. You may receive a security warning, you will need to select the Run option to start the Remote Support Tool.



Once the Remote Support Tool has loaded, a licence agreement will appear. Click on the Next > button to accept the agreement. A screen will then appear with the ID and password for the remote session. This is the number that will need to be provided to the support agent.
